Jewel

As the Lord closes one long and painful door in my life,
            He has already opened a window only to find a rare jewel that so
many others have passed by.


The others passed by not knowing the real value of what was staring 
them in the face.


         Luckily I did.


This rare jewel was meant to be handled with tender loving care,
elegance and grace.


Just a mere glimpse of what's hidden inside brings about laughter
through the storm and rain, brings hope when you thought all was
lost  and brings the feeling of unconditional love when one never
thought it was possible to gain.


When you truly look upon this rare jewel your heart sings a beautiful
melody. You can hear the chorus of a thousand angels so divine and 
heavenly.


When holding this jewel your heart sings, the pain goes away and hope
begins. Just knowing that such a jewel was created brings forth pure
joy and happiness within.


All others were not meant to know of it's true beauty, love and 
significance. All others were not meant to know the value of this
wonderful jewel that I've found.


Discovering this jewel was just for me. Some will search a lifetime to 
find such a jewel as mine and never succeed.


I truly thank God that this precious jewel that I've found is none other
then ME.
