My child come put all your
trust in me,
For I am the way, the truth
and the life. A place have I
prepared just for you for all
of eternity.

I can help you rid yourself
of depression and loneliness,
For I am the Great I am
offering love and tender kindness.

My child forgotten you are
not,
Through the suffering and pain
I see you have fought.

But be not moved by the
troubles in this life you may
face,
For I alone will stretch forth
my right hand full of mercy
and grace.

My child I am here knocking
at your door,
Will you let me in? For I bring
with me salvation and so much
more.

I know all to well how you
stumble and fall,
For I was right there beside
you through it all.

My child let victory be yours
today,
Take my hand, never let go
and this I can promise thee
I am the one who will never
